How do I place an order?
Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. Follow the steps and fill in your details, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, Swish and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can help you change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery & Shipping

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is normally 2–5 working days within Sweden. During high demand it may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 1000. For smaller orders, a shipping cost of SEK 59 will be added.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Complaints

What do I do if I want to return an item?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Contact our customer service to receive a return shipping label and more information.

What happens if my item is damaged or faulty?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will help you with a complaint or replacement.

How long does a refund take?
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be made within 5–7 business days.
