Return and refund policy

 

§ 1. Introduction

Nordisk Shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), with corporate registration number 559506-5573, establishes this policy containing the terms and conditions for how returns and refunds shall be processed if a buyer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal.

 

§ 2. Return

a) Definition

A return means that a purchased item is returned within a specified period, i.e. the withdrawal period, and that the payment for the product is returned to the buyer.

b) Customer who was allowed to return product

All customers have the right to cancel and can therefore return an item. What is stated in this policy therefore covers both consumers and business customers.

c) How a return should be made

If a customer wishes to return an item, it should be done in the following way:

d) When a return is due

A return must be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. This period corresponds to the cancellation period.

 

§ 3. Exchange of goods

The company offers product exchanges subject to availability. An exchange is realized in the following ways:

Unfortunately we do not offer that.

There is no possibility to exchange an item for a credit receipt.

 

§ 4. Exceptions to the right to return and exchange

The right of withdrawal and exchange does not apply, according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, to contracts that:

- Refers to a product whose price depends on market fluctuations that the seller cannot influence and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

- Refers to a product that has been manufactured according to the customer's instructions or that has otherwise been given a personal touch.

- Refers to a product that quickly deteriorates or becomes old.

- Refers to a product that, with broken packaging, cannot be appropriately returned/exchanged due to health or hygiene reasons and the packaging has been broken by the customer in question.

- Refers to a product that, after delivery, is mixed with other products in such a way that they cannot be distinguished and this depends on the nature of the product.

- Refers to an alcoholic beverage at a fixed price and the price depends on shipments on the market that the company cannot influence and delivery cannot take place within 30 calendar days.

- Refers to a sealed audio recording, image recording or computer program and the customer has broken the delay.

- Refers to a single issue of a newspaper/magazine

 

§ 5. Repayment

In the event of an approved return, the customer is entitled to a full refund. In the event of a return, a return fee of 69.00 SEK (sixty-nine kronor) will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount.



§ 6. Other terms and conditions

a) In order for a return or exchange to be approved, it must be returned in its original condition. If the item has been used, damaged, altered or otherwise tampered with, it will be classed as an unapproved return and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

b) Returned goods are reviewed individually before a decision is made to approve or deny the return.

c) The customer is responsible for a return until it is returned to the company. For situations where a return does not arrive, it is therefore important to save the return receipt from a relevant carrier to be able to prove that the return was actually sent. It is also important that the goods are packaged securely so that they are not damaged during shipping.

d) The company is not responsible for goods returned in error. If the company can locate a product that is returned in error, it can be sent to the customer provided that the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.
